|Day 1||Los Angeles||Welcome to the Golden State! At 6 pm, meet your traveling companions for a welcome drink. Your Tour Director will prepare you for your upcoming adventure.|
|Day 2||San Diego||Morning sightseeing of this gigantic metropolis takes you from Olvera Street-the oldest thoroughfare in the city-to Hollywood. Take the opportunity to step into the shoeprints of famous movie stars at TCL Chinese Theatre, and also see Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills. This afternoon, travel to sunny San Diego. Enjoy dinner tonight at a local restaurant. (B,D)|
|Day 3||San Diego||Sightseeing in San Diego includes Old Town, Balboa Park, and the Gaslamp Quarter. The remainder of the day is yours to explore. You may wish to visit the world-famous San Diego Zoo, enjoy a cruise around the harbor, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy fresh seafood at a local restaurant. (B)|
|Day 4||Scottsdale||Today, travel inland across California and into Arizona. Stop in Yuma, nestled on the Colorado River and famous for its Wild West history. Continue to Scottsdale, where this evening you can stroll the streets of Old Town Scottsdale with is many boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants. (B)|
|Day 5||Grand Canyon National Park||Depart Scottsdale and travel north through cactus-studded scenery for a break in Sedona. Then, set out for one of America's most beautiful drives as you journey through Oak Creek Canyon, home to brilliantly-hued cliffs and rugged spires of sandstone. Arrive this afternoon at GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. The spectacular beauty of this famous attraction draws more than 5 million visitors a year from around the globe. This evening, be sure to watch the spectacular sunset. (B,D)|
|Day 6||Grand Canyon National Park||There's time this morning for an optional flightseeing excursion over the Grand Canyon-an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience. Then, set out to explore the Grand Canyon and learn about its geology and how the canyon was carved. This afternoon, you are free to explore at your own pace. Perhaps join a ranger program, take a nature walk, or just relax and enjoy the views. (B)|
|Day 7||Las Vegas||Today, head to the desert oasis of Las Vegas, where one-armed bandits, dazzling neon lights, and the incredible Las Vegas Strip awaits. Enjoy an orientation tour before arriving at your hotel for a 2-night stay. Your resort hotel is located in the heart of the 'Strip' for easy access to the mega-casinos and plentiful restaurants. Tonight, head to downtown Las Vegas and experience a [LF] private tour of the MOB MUSEUM to learn about the impact of organized crime on Las Vegas history. |Day 8||Las Vegas||Enjoy a full day on your own to explore the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas. Your Tour Director will have tips and suggestions to make the most of your stay, as well as a range of optional excursions-from scenic helicopter flights to elaborate shows. (B)|
|Day 9||Mammoth Lakes||A day of striking contrast as you journey across the desert landscape of Nevada before crossing into California. Stay overnight in Mammoth Lakes, just steps away from the base of Mammoth Mountain in the eastern Sierra. (B,D)|
|Day 10||Yosemite National Park||Leave Mammoth Lakes for YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK. Next, visit the [LF] JAPANESE TEA GARDEN, the oldest public Japanese garden in the United States. Learn about the history of the park and enjoy time to explore the five acres of native Japanese plants, serene koi ponds, pagodas, and more. The afternoon is at your leisure. Then, it's on to spectacular 17-MILE DRIVE and Pebble Beach with the chance to see the famous Lone Cypress tree and Pebble Beach Golf Links. Next, visit Carmel, a popular haven for writers, artists, and celebrities. Then, journey through Big Sur with its spectacular coastline and majestic mountains. Spend the evening in charming Cambria. |Day 14||Los Angeles||Visit downtown Solvang, where Denmark has been recreated with picturesque buildings and windmills. Travel through the Santa Ynez Mountains to beautiful Santa Barbara, where the Spanish influence is apparent in quaint whitewashed and tile-roofed buildings. Booking your Vacation with Air
For air departure dates within 331 days, you'll be offered a choice of carriers and flight schedules as well as price points to choose from when selecting your flights. Your schedule will be provided to you at the time of booking (schedules are subject to change by carriers). Globus offers 2 air options: Flex Air and Instant Purchase Air. Flex Air allows flexibility if you want to make changes to your vacation schedule. Instant Purchase Air may offer additional airline options but has more restrictions. Some vacations may only offer one Air type option. Guaranteed air-inclusive prices: air is only available to passengers traveling from the United States and only available when booked in conjunction with a land vacation. An additional $300 per person non-refundable air deposit is required for Flex Air booked in conjunction with any land vacation (i.e. air-inclusive vacation). Air can only be booked by Globus in conjunction with a vacation package. Instant Purchase Air requires air payment in full at time of booking (i.e. air-inclusive vacation) plus non-refundable per person service fee ($30 for North/Central America, $50 for Europe/Middle East and $80 for all other destinations. Once booked, Instant Purchase Air is non-refundable, and non-changeable. Some vacations may only offer one Air type option. However, once your airfare is confirmed and Globus has received your full air and land deposit, your air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed.

Air-inclusive vacations include government-imposed taxes and fees applicable at the time of booking and will be shown as a Total Amount. Additional airline fees for baggage may apply. At the time of booking your air-inclusive vacation online, carrier Websites will be provided to check baggage fees, or you can visit www.iflybags.com for up-to-date baggage pricing/restrictions. For return travel from some countries, international travelers are required to pay entry and/or exit fees at the airport. These fees will be collected by the local government and are payable by the traveler at time of travel. Your confirmation booking information will contain information about these fees.
